Roasted aubergine salad NO #3

Ingredients
1 small organic aubergine
1 clove of organic garlic
2 shots organic tahini
Half lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Roast the guy, check #1 or #2 if you are not sure what it means.  Put the golden juicy interior into a glass jar. Add tahini, lemon juice salt and pepper and super finely chopped garlic. Mix well, close tide with the lid, marinade in the fridge for a day.
